Ag Jobs is Hiring a Customer Success Specialist-Livestock Near Lincoln, NE

The Customer Success Specialist-Livestock is responsible for providing direct support to Tier I and Tier 2 customers and the continued success of Neogen Genomics' growing customer base. As a key member of the Customer Success team, the primary focus is providing direct support for the CSM and Tier I and Tier II customers for on-boarding, technical resources, training and creating a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Execute onboarding tasks for new business or commercial clients.
  • Provide an elevated level of technical knowledge of products, people, and internal processes for external and internal customers.
  • Assist with technical training for new and existing customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication for Tier I and Tier II customer complaints or inquiries. Provide back up to CSM for Tier III and Key accounts.
  • Remain up to date on customer messaging regarding new product offerings, changes to existing products, or changes to customer portals.
  • Answer calls to assist with level II and Level III customer inquiries, as escalated by Customer Support Team.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
  • Participate in Team huddles, meetings, and continuing education.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Ability to prioritize based on customer needs.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiently required.
  • Experience working with Salesforce helpful but not required.
  • Animal industry experience helpful, but not required.
Education and Experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • B.S. in a life sciences discipline or equivalent Neogen work experience.
