This position will be in Wisconsin Rapids, WI at the main processing facility just off Hwy 54 and only 15 minutes from Stevens Point/Plover, WI.
Summary:
The Agribusiness Operations Manager will be responsible for overall operations and growth of Coast-to-Coast Cranberries (CCC), Mariani Cold Storage (MCS), and manage the grower relations and sourcing area for the Wisconsin operations. This position will serve as a senior position and support the General Manager of Wisconsin. This position is mainly Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with additional hours as needed based on job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee and drive the strategic growth of the cranberry marsh operations.

• Growth and management of the Mariani Cold Storage facility.
• Drive and coordinate all sourcing functions including cranberry grower relations to meet the expectations of the Mariani processing facility.
• Coordinate and develop strong teamwork tendencies among Manufacturing and other departments.
• Lead Team to reduce waste, exceed standards, and build for the future.
• Serve on the WI senior management team to help drive future growth of the division.

Position Requirements:

• A degree in business or agriculture.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing manager level employees.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Credibility/Integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to build a team environment.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
