Pillen Family Farms and DNA Genetics are seeking an Agriculture Marketing and Communication Specialist that will lead with the development, implementation, and fulfillment of communication strategies for Pillen Family Farms and DNA Genetics. This position is for an experienced marketer with a proven track record in all aspects of the marketing mix. The successful individual must be passionate about external sales growth, maintaining the energy around a strong value driven culture, and delivering results through team effort.
Responsibilities:
Support organizational and production strategies by designing and maintaining materials such as email templates, PowerPoint templates, company newsletters and more
Responsible for the development and production of in-house material such as stock photography and videography
Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
Support company culture through involvement of company events and team member recognition
Maintain the content of, and utilize the Pillen Family Farms & DNA Genetics website, as well as social media
Update content on our SharePoint site for all Company information
Managing and coordinating print and all forms of media outreach
Build and implement brand strategies.
Develop and oversee marketing strategies, marketing campaigns and advertising.
Develop and implement new communication ideas, proposals and strategies.
Create and administer marketing budget.
Develop benchmark and KPI's criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing programs.
Partner with Sales Team to focus on customer growth and opportunities.
Partner with HR to focus on recruiting strategies throughs Ads and social Media.
Formulate and implement the marketing policies and objectives
Direct and execute all efforts related to promotions, tradeshows, events, web media and company website and intranet.
Work collaboratively with all members of the team and business units for alignment and agreement.
Qualifications
Preferred background in agriculture
Experience with:
Graphic design in the context of business communication - specifically with Canva
Photography/Videography
Video editing - specifically with Premiere Pro
Potential leadership opportunities based on prior experience.
