The Loan Paralegal coordinates the operational loan functions of the Legal department, and will need to be a skilled and detail-oriented person with strong proofreading and grammatical skills. This person will have a strong background in legal support and will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with loan related documentation, compliance, and transactions. The Loan Paralegal will need a deep understanding of loan agreements, mortgage documents, and relevant legal processes. An associate’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Legal Services.
