AG Consulting Partners is Hiring a Responsible AI Specialist Near Seattle, WA

*We're excited to welcome new team members, and we're specifically focusing on candidates located withing driving distance to Seattle, Washington, being on-site up to 3 times a week is mandatory for this engagement. We're on the lookout for a diverse range of talents to join our consultant roster, which we'll use for both current and upcoming client projects. We're interested in individuals with skills in areas such as data analysis, business analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data governance, data management, etc.*

As a Responsible AI Specialist Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of ethical AI frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to guide the development and deployment of AI technologies across the company.
  • Conducting ethical impact assessments to identify potential biases, risks, and ethical implications of AI systems and algorithms. Work closely with product teams to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  • Advocating for diversity and inclusion in AI development by promoting diverse representation in datasets, mitigating biases, and ensuring AI systems are accessible and inclusive for all users.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders including policymakers, advocacy groups, and industry partners to promote responsible AI practices and contribute to the development of industry-wide standards and regulations.
  • Developing and deliver training programs and educational materials to raise awareness of responsible AI principles and practices across the organization. Provide guidance and support to teams on integrating responsible AI into their workflows.
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments in AI ethics research and contribute to the advancement of responsible AI through internal research initiatives and collaborations with academic and industry partners.

You have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
  • Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related fields, with a deep understanding of ethical principles, bias mitigation techniques, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex ethical issues and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in AI and technology.
