AG Consulting Partners is Hiring a Mid-Level Communications Project Manager (Consultant) Near Redmond, WA

* We're excited to welcome new team members, and we're specifically focusing on candidates located in Washington State and Texas. We're on the lookout for a diverse range of talents to join our consultant roster, which we'll use for both current and upcoming client projects. We're interested in individuals with skills in areas such as executive communications, product marketing communications, change management communications, social media posts/blogs, etc.
Remote work options are available for many roles.*
As a Mid-Level Communications Project Manager (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
    • Lead and manage communication projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations, and providing strategic guidance and recommendations to meet their goals.
    • Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and market trends, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital communication channels.
    • Oversee the creation and production of various materials, including press releases, articles, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
    • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate communication challenges during crises or emergencies.
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of communication efforts and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes conducting audience research, collecting feedback, and analyzing data.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.

You have:
    • 5 years of client-facing consulting experience
    • Residency in Washington State or Texas
    • Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skills
    • Demonstrated ability to synthesize the complex and take multiple, complicated, disparate inputs from a variety of sources and evidence, and transform it into simple, clear, succinct, elegant, and compelling communication.
    • Continuous learning mindset
    • Skilled at crafting partner-facing business communications (emails, website, PowerPoint).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management frameworks
    • Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
You might also have:
    • Consulting experience on a Microsoft Account preferred
    • PMP or other project management certification
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
