Job Overview:
Come join our growing team! AFP Systems Inc specializes in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of automated fire sprinkler systems.
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to handle Payroll and HR duties out of our Tualatin area office, serving approximately 50 employees. This position will require exceptional attention to detail and organization, the ability to communicate effectively with other team members, and someone who can maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
This is a full-time position based in our office.
General responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
· Previous QuickBooks experience
· Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and best practices
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
