Position: Benefits Advisor

Job Description: As an Aflac Benefits Advisor, you will have the opportunity to educate employers and individuals about the benefits of our voluntary insurance policies. You will play a vital role in helping people protect themselves and their families against unexpected financial burdens due to accidents or illnesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance coverage requirements.
2. Presenting and explaining Aflac's range of voluntary insurance policies to potential clients.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with business owners and HR professionals to facilitate insurance enrollments.
4. Assisting clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
5. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the policy duration.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus).
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
