Duties:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options

- Prepare quotes, proposals, and applications for insurance coverage
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist clients with claims by gathering necessary information and submitting claims to insurance carriers
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best rates for clients
- skills (English/Spanish) preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex insurance terms in simple terms
- Ability to market yourself and generate leads through various channels
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
