Affordable Personnel Services is Hiring a Senior Technology Service Technician Near Anaheim, CA
The Senior Technology Service Technician role will have responsibility for customer training and service related to technology systems, technology installation and service teams support. Senior Technology Service Technician will work with the installation Project Manager and Service teams to help develop company standards for all technology related installations and service quotes. All installation projects will be handed off to the service team for long-term service, support, and ongoing sales to meet customer requirements and needs. The Service Manager, Senior Technology Service Technician and Senior Automated Gates Service Technician will be responsible for accepting projects, along with Service Technicians and CSR Team, from installation managers to help ensure installation standards, customer training and implementation as-built documentation meet the requirements for ongoing support by the service department. The Senior Technology Service Technician will support the Service Manager, Technology Project Manager, CSR Dispatch Team, and other Technology Service Technicians with necessary technical support and collaboration as necessary.
Collaborate with Project Manager regarding Technology Systems designs for installation training project
Collaborate with Service Manager regarding Technology Systems standards for service support
Assist Project Manager with support and training for Technology Installation technicians
Assist Service Manager with support and training for Technology Service technicians
Coordinate and provide customers end user training for technology systems
Coordinate with Service Manager to provide technology service support
Coordinate and help implement support for 24/7 on-call technicians
Collaborate with Service Manager and Project Manager regarding quality control standards
Work with Installation and Service Teams to coordinate in-house and manufacturer training
Identify, recommend to and work with Service Manager to implement systems changes where required
High School Diploma or GED
Training Certificates in Surveillance, Access Control, IP Networking, Routing, and Audio/Visual Systems one of these or all a plus
Degree in MIS, Electrical or relevant field a plus
