Duties:
- Answering phone calls and managing the phone system
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Verifying insurance coverage and processing insurance claims
- Providing information and answering questions about treatments, procedures, and payment options
- Assisting with patient billing and financial arrangements
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy of information
