JOB PURPOSE:Fabricates Zirconia / PMMA fixed arches, crowns, and crowns over implant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Reads and understands the prescriptions / work orders and applies doctor’s preferences to the fabrication of Zirconia and PMMA prosthetics.

Responsibilities

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proficient in crown & bridge, full-arch hybrid restorations, and implant based restorative techniques.• Follows all standard operating procedures related to the fabrication fixed arches, crowns, and bridges.• Routinely maintains and calibrates equipment such as porcelain furnaces and handpieces.• Strong eye for determining shades and esthetics• Confident and comfortable working with your hands and possesses good hand-eye coordination• Mechanical ability and/or artistic ability• Comfortable working in a team environment• Works collaboratively in a team environment and takes direction from Managers.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying a strong attention to details• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, OSHA protocols and FDA requirements

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent • Certified Dental Technician preferred.• 3 to 5 years’ experience contouring, finishing, staining & glazing Zirconia and PMMA prosthetics.• Strong knowledge of dental science, anatomy, and esthetics.
