Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their home. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting client with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Adhere to rights and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Provide specialized care for individuals with cognitive impairments

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or direct support is preferred
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and ability to assist clients accordingly
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations governing assisted living facilities
- Understanding of dementia care techniques is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
- First aid certification is desirable

Experience RBT desirable
