As an Operations Supervisor for Affinity Cleans, you will be provided with exceptional equipment and training to prepare you to exceed the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Possess the desire and capability to lead others, while holding others and themselves accountable to a standard.

• Demonstrate the drive to provide an excellent cleaning service to every client, in both residential and commercial buildings, while cleaning carpet, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, upholstery, and more.

• Follow the directions of the managers to complete each job in accordance with Affinity Cleans’ processes and systems, utilizing Affinity Cleans’ equipment and product, in a timely manner.

• Prepare for jobs by gathering the required equipment and supplies and loading or unloading the vehicles as needed.

• Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for cleaning products and equipment.

• Arrive for work on time and prepared, work as scheduled, and communicate any absence or delay as soon as possible.

• Be accessible by phone and email for shift information and change notifications.

• Maintain cleanliness and operational function of equipment, warehouse, vehicles, and self. Identify low inventory and replacement parts as needed for daily function.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience cleaning flooring types, such as carpet, tile and grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete is required.

• Experience cleaning upholstery and area rugs is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office, both prior to, and after shift.

• Basic computer/mobile device skills in order to access timecards, training, and employment information.

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Work primarily during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. Weekends and nights may be required based on client needs.

• Work environment is primarily indoors, in commercial or residential buildings. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet in the office, hospitality, and food service settings, and moderate in other situations.

Physical Demands:

• Walking and Standing 6 to 8 hours

• Bending 3-6 hours

• Squatting/kneeling up to 3 hours

• Lifting 26-50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
