POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the duties required to manage the front desk operations in the service area/health center. Provide excellent service to patient and visitors by answering phones, providing clinic information, scheduling exit appointments and referrals to specialty clinics. Monitor patient flow and assist with patient requests, problems, and concerns. Assist with tracking and data collection.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience: One (1) year experience as experience as Receptionist in doctor's office, clinic or similar setting.
Skills and Abilities which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position:
License(s)/Certification(s) Required: CPR Certification Required.
