We are hiring to fill the position of Gallery Attendant / administrative assistant with growth potential for anyone willing to work smart.

Initial Duties:

-Answering multi-line phone system.

-Running errands.

-Maintaining a clean and welcoming storefront and workspace.

-Greeting guests.
-Filing and maintaining accurate filing system for all business documents.

*Duties will be added as you grow in the position and our company.

Requirements:

-Ability to follow directions.

-Punctual and Reliable.

-Professional, well-kept appearance.

-Own transportation.

-Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.

-Basic computer knowledge.

-Positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will meet all of the "requirements" but we are willing to train the right individual. Experience with personal or administrative assistance is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
