Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will support ASN, FM&C with the development of the Government Furnished Property Pilot. Candidate should be a recognized expert in financial management, business systems, accounting, government furnished property, and OM&S. Provides deep subject-matter expertise and interacts with the government primarily at the SES and Flag Officer level.
• The candidate’s background should demonstrate experience deploying functional and technical subject-matter expertise in a particular relevant field in support of State or Federal Government agencies or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.
• The candidate will demonstrate subject matter expertise on policy and processes around government furnished property, DON financial management and systems (Navy ERP, SABRS, etc), audit remediation and sustainment, and familiarity with other authoritative data sources (PIEE, WAWF, EDA, CWS, etc.).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role.

Experience Requirements:

Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant

experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.
