JOB DESCRIPTION: Aeyon Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates to support BUMED HQ to providing organizational contract life cycle management, strategic communications, and maintaining process documentation.

The contractor shall plan and support contract life-cycle management reviews and impact assessments, as well as provide administrative and management planning support for analyzing, developing, and updating policy and SOP documents.

The contractor shall execute a Communication Plan that defines the business process change requirements and how information will be distributed including constraints, internal and external communications, identification of stakeholders, and resolution of communication-based change to SOPs and policy.

Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret Clearance

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited United States college or university in a study relevant to his/her professional role.

Mandatory: 4-year degree that meets education requirements is required.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: List any required certifications.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience.

• Familiarity with DON processes and procedures preferred
• Experience with Organization Change Management (OCM)
• Provide guidance on Change Management Strategies and methods to improve business processes
• Workforce Training experience
• Experience providing Business Process Improvement (BPI)
• Experience preparing user community for transformational changes
• Document management, communication, and training activities
