Our Award-winning Med spa is looking for a Spa Coordinator to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a way that is reflective of our luxury brand.
As a Spa Coordinator, you would guide the company's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be required to schedule clients, run an efficient schedule, and greet guests. We are looking for a person who is comfortable with authority figures and can accept criticism graciously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes at the Med spa.
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of the Med spa.
- Respond to guest requests and questions on products, scheduling, pricing, and services.
- Collect payment for customer service.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
- Manage special events hosted at the Med Spa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
