Position Summary

As an Aesthetic Roofing Sales Closer, you will be responsible for closing setter-generated roof replacement contracts and facilitating a seamless new customer handoff to our in-house project management team. As a commissions-based sales closer, you should expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $120k-$150k annually, with performance-based options for vertical mobility into local and regional management roles. Aesthetic Roofing Sales Closers are expected to maintain high standards both of conduct and performance at all times. Your success will be determined not only by your ability to consistently generate and close new business at volume, but by your willingness and capability to lead fellow sales team members by your actions both inside and outside of the working environment.

• You have extensive in-home sales closing experience
• You have a quantifiable door-to-door sales track record and could provide supporting documentation if required

• You have previous sales experience in related industries such as roofing, solar, pest control or home efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Must have demonstrable previous door-to-door/direct sales closing experience
• Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and the ability to travel regularly within the greater Salt Lake metropolitan area
• Must be available to close no less than 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Prior insurance claims experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in or knowledge of roofing systems and structures is strongly encouraged but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $124,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
