Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients seeking cosmetic and dental implant procedures. Your role will involve guiding patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment care, while ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and understanding of the procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries regarding treatments, appointments, and financial options.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient consultations, examinations, and treatment appointments with the clinical team.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their dental needs, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients about recommended treatments, procedures, expected outcomes, and financial responsibilities.
  • Coordinate insurance verification and billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of claims.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Follow up with patients to address any concerns, answer questions, and provide support throughout their treatment journey.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives to promote the practice and attract new patients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dental office setting, with knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
