Aesthetic & Implant Dental Associates is Hiring an Associate Dentist Near Staten Island, NY

We are private practice in Staten Island that has provided excellent care to our patients in the same location for over 40 years. We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team of dental professionals. We are looking for a candidate with schedule flexibility including alternate Saturday availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, including preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases, and performing minor surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about dentistry and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases and disorders.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform preventive dental care, such as cleaning teeth and applying sealants.
  • Provide restorative treatments, such as fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implant restoration.
  • Perform surgical procedures on teeth, gums, and supporting bones to treat diseases.
  • Prescribe medications to treat infections and pain.
  • Provide emergency care for dental trauma.
  • Knowledge of Itero scanner.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality

You’re a dentist who has:

  • A DDS or DMD degree
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current license to practice dentistry in New York.
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience at a dental practice
  • Experience with crowns, bridges, implant restoration, dentures, etc.
  • Dedication to ensuring the highest quality of dental care
  • A high level of integrity, dependability, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • Leadership skills that value collaboration and an inclusive dental work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • In-person
  • Private practice

Ability to Relocate:

  • Staten Island, NY 10314: Relocate before starting work (Required)
