Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to personally assist a busy sales executive in the growth of a new branch of the company.
As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services B2B and work closely with the sales executive to identify and initiate new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing. Your role will be crucial in assisting the sales executive with new operations, lead generation, sales strategies and expanding our market presence through social media. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, computer proficient, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and can execute tasks quickly and efficiently with pressure of a deadline.
Key Responsibilities
-B2b Lead generation through cold outreach via email, phone, and social media.
- Develop and execute b2b marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends and new business opportunities
- Collaborate to create effective sales materials and presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies
- Utilize software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
-Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and conference calls between the sales executive and potential or existing clients.
-Quarterly, assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, b2b sales, marketing or similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and customer behavior
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and canva design knowledge is a bonus.
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and work well under pressure with a deadline.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Social media management knowlege is a plus.
