Job Purpose
This role is responsible for purchasing tasks including administration of product transfers, acknowledgement of orders, order updates, returns to suppliers, and other purchasing tasks related to the production and distribution of mechanical seals and other AESSEAL products.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update purchase orders for request of product that is not in inventory using current procedures for order entry.
• Communicate with internal and external customers on order details, updates and changes as needed
• Update SAP accordingly for SAP Material Data as well as inventory levels
• Assist in creation of SAP Material Data
• Track orders
• Determine and communicate availability and delivery of orders
• Running ordering system for all SAP orders
• Transfer requested Iguana items
• Use basic math skills to determine quantity for orders
• Access and search reference material for solutions
• Purchase AESSEAL Group items from
  • AESSEAL Inc
  • AESSEAL Plc
  • AESSEAL Derby
  • AESSEAL MCK
  • AESSEAL China
  • AESSEAL Coldweld
  • AESSEAL India
• Track inbound international shipments
• Back up to Commercial Team Lead when necessary
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice, as determined by business needs.

• Associates degree preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One to two years related purchasing and/or administrative experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred
