**We are hiring a Facilities Technician!**

**Job Description**

We are looking for a diligent and skilled Facilities Technician. Your duties will include a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This involves routine maintenance tasks, such as the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment (chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handling units, and humidifier, etc.). You will be expected to maintain and repair equipment in a cleanroom environment, support HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, and perform a variety of other skilled building maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will also support electrical wiring needs, operate various equipment and machines, and estimate cost of labor and materials for work orders. Monitoring and responding to alarms from the Building Management System, contributing to the continuous monitoring system for the facility, and supporting Laboratory equipment Maintenance/Calibration/Qualification program are also part of your role.

**Pay:** $30-39/hr based on experience
