Our client, a leader in their manufacturing industry, is looking to add multiple electrical assemblers to their facility. They have openings for 1st shift within their operation. These positions are long term/permanent job openings due to increases in business.

Description:

Install electrical wiring and assemble components in control cabinets, electrical and industrial equipment and related industrial apparatus, according to assembly drawings, hydraulic and lubrication diagrams, and runoff instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Install power supply wiring and conduit/unistrut for newly built and re-built machinery.

Square, align, and assemble bases, sills, cabinet frames, or equipment structural components, on floor or floor plate.

Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, connect cables and wires between machines and equipment.

Lay out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.

Drill and tap holes in specified locations for mounting control units.

Attach breakers, relays, contactors, bus bars, transformers, insulators, regulator cabinets, condenser units, motor and generator sets, meters, plugging devices, and fuse blocks to mounting holes with bolts and screws.

Cut, strip, bend, and form wire cable, conduit, pipe, and tubing used to connect circuits and subassemblies.

Connect color-coded wires, using mirrors in compact areas.

Solder connections and crimps connectors to wire ends.

Test and adjust electrical assemblies.

Push buttons and press keys on robot controller, pendant, and programmable controller to program automated machinery, to operate, to test for malfunction, and to verify repairs.
