What will you day look like? At Aerotech you will:

• Assemble cables and cable harnesses using hand tools, power tools, and soldering
• Read wiring and assembly drawings
• Route and attach wires and connectors to electronic circuitry and/or subassemblies
• Label and package units for shipment or stock
• Utilize test equipment to test for conformance
• Consistently maintain acceptable levels of production according to established standards

What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:

• Excellent soldering skills, preference to have familiarity with IPC-620 soldering standards
• Ability to read and interpret wiring assembly drawings
• Experience with hand tools and crimpers
• Effective computer literacy, including experience with ERP Software
• Problem solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Routinely utilize soldering skills
• One to five years of related experience
• Vocational or technical school training is preferred, but not required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must be available to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm
