Earth Systems Response & Restoration is Hiring an Environmental Project Manager Near Midland, TX

We are looking for a person that brings a great can-do attitude and wants to learn and grow with a company that gives them the opportunity to do so. If you have worked as an Environmental Engineer, Geologist, Geoscientist, or Project Manager in the Environmental Consulting sector, then you are what we are looking for! The right candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of practical, hands-on experience in the field working on environmental projects and managing projects from conception to closeout.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Limited Site Assessments (LSI).
  • Write professional Phase I ESA/Phase II LSI reports.
  • QA/QC review of Phase I ESAs and related environmental due diligence reports.
  • QA/QC laboratory analytical data.
  • Assist with technical proposal preparation.
  • Contractor Oversight during Environmental Emergency Response.
  • Groundwater and Soil Sampling.
  • Remedial Design and Implementation.
  • Remediation System O&M.
  • Task Management of remediation and assessment projects.
  • Preparing Assessment/Remediation Reports.
  • Prepare documentation and agency coordination.
  • Provide technical advice and contribute to the development of conclusions and recommendations for assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain department databases and informational resources.
  • Develop and maintain report templates to meet the requirements of industry protocols.
  • Remain up to date on industry practices and protocols.
  • Coordinate completion of client report revisions.
  • Represent Assessment Services to the client in a professional manner.
  • Perform other consulting project duties as assigned.

Required Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, related environmental/engineering field, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs and Phase II LSIs.
  • A diverse background in environmental site assessment, remediation, risk assessment, and field sampling (soils, groundwater, and surface water.)
  • Asbestos, radon, and/or lead-based sampling experience and credentials are preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with co-workers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, both internally and externally.
  • Must be able to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities.
  • Independently problem-solve and work autonomously with a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional writing, grammatical and verbal communication skills.
  • Required knowledge of computer operations and standard software packages (Microsoft Office and Adobe).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint preferred.
