Job Number 661608BR Description:Works in the Production Planning and Control organization as a Scheduler, Make, Buy or Bill of Materials (BOM) Planner. Individual could be assigned to Program or Manufacturing Operations. Program Planning:
Individual will be responsible for the oversight of one or more of the various elements of program planning for Fire Control or Tact Missile program(s) including release of purchase orders to Supply Chain Management for materials needed on the program. This position could include monitoring engineering changes and creation/updates to bills of material. Monitoring production schedules from various manufacturing centers here in Orlando as well as Ocala. Work outside of the normal operating hours may be required. Manufacturing Planning:
Individual will fill the requirement for a Factory Operations Manufacturing or Make Planner in one of four Production Operations Centers. Responsibilities will include scheduling and integrity of the MRP system for all assigned assemblies. Status and reporting of manufacturing build. Effective management of kit issues and fulfillment of hardware needs to support manufacturing build. Effective factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes. Prioritization of work flow in partnership with manufacturing supervision and industrial engineering team members. Entry Level Position What's In It For You

Basic Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university SAP ERP experience Must have a current Secret Clearance OR the ability to obtain an interim clearance after accepting an offer and before starting the role (approximate 6-8 week process) Past experience with manufacturing shop floor planning and/or supply chain planning for purchased components. Working knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs

Degree focused in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business. Experience with material requirements and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas Lean Six Sigma Green belt trained and or certified Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
