Since 1997, Aerobodies has provided federal and state agencies and private industry companies with a wide range of health, wellness, and program management services. Aerobodies’ goal is to consistently demonstrate quantifiable program results, achieve positive business outcomes and provide our customers with measurable impact that improves business and operational efficiencies.
Aerobodies requires Instructors for the Comprehensive Health and Wellness (CHW) program, which includes the planning and execution of courses in Idaho and in multiple locations across the nation in collaboration with a highly motivated team from across the nation.The CHW courses train leaders to accurately and ethically help their Service Members improve health and wellness. Leaders gain practical experiences which address root cause behaviors for those whom they lead and in the organization they serve. Students learn to improve their own and others life, health, and wellness with practical tools.
Required Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of program development, human development, organizational leadership, relational leadership, military culture, counseling, and/or program management.
• A demonstrated capability in program/project coordination with (3) years ‘experience in a discipline centered on education, human development, public health, or social science.
• Experience in the Army or Air National Guard is desired, but not mandatory.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver’s license and a personally owned vehicle that can be utilized.
• Flexibility with work schedule is mandatory because it impacts the ability to support and serve the military.
• Travel is expected. Expenses associated with travel are paid based on the military’s Joint Travel Regulation. Instructors are not required to travel to each location for each course. Travel will be scheduled in coordination with the entire team of facilitators. Projected locations for 2023 are: Ohio, Wisconsin, Idaho, Florida, Oklahoma, Virgin Islands, Connecticut, and Virginia (locations tentative and subject to change).

•  Place and Performance of Services: Provide services between the hours of 0800-1630 on Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings; occasional weekend work may be required.
• Performance will be nationwide (trainings in Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, Oklahoma, Idaho, South Dakota, Virgin Islands, Connecticut, Iowa, Montana, Virginia and other states TBD) and primary duty locations.
• Telework is authorized with prior approval.

• Plan, schedule, execute, and instruct CHW courses within Idaho and nationally:
• Executive Leader Course (1.5-day) – 8 per year.
• Leader Course (5-day) – 8 per year.
• Basic Course (14-day course) – 4 per year.
• Communicate organizational and program needs for CHW training program.
• Manage program information for course/workbook.
• Assist with the continuity and expansion of the CHW Program.
• Develop Instructor Guides and assistance.
