AeroAntenna Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced hands-on Quality Manager to join our Quality team.
Salary- $105,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and train personnel to meet highest quality and reliability standards.
- Maintain AS9100 and ISO17025 certifications.
- Collaborate with management and line production staff to achieve most efficient quality processes.
- Manage AAT supplier base.
- Manage product repair.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quality audits and after-market services.
- Manage AAT calibration program.
- Monitor and manage outstanding quality issues.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 5 years quality assurance management or key role experience are required.
- Certified Quality Engineer or Manager designation is preferred.
- Excellent root cause and corrective action skills for electro-mechanical devices.
- Excellent understanding of AS9100 and ISO17025 standards and implementation.
- Excellent writing, reading, and communication skills.
- Understanding of FAA procedures as relate to TSO, PMA and DMIR is highly preferred.
- Proficient understanding of ESD techniques and methods. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma or in manufacturing environments are preferred.
