Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. The Press Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating the Punch Press to cut metal to specifications by downloading or manually inputting set-up information according to product documentation. They will follow all documented processes and are expected to help maintain a focused, safe, and respectful environment. All responsibilities will be performed in a timely manner while maintaining Aero Tech’s quality standards.

Duties:
- Set up and operate mechanical and hydraulic presses
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on presses
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using hand tools
• Strong understanding of basic math concepts
• Experience with press programming is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Familiarity with micrometers for precision measurements
• Ability to assess products for quality compliance
• Forklift operation experience is preferred
• Displays punctuality and consistent attendance
