The outlook for the company is strong as it continues to set higher goals for sustained success together. Position SummaryResponsible for the diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance of CNC multi-axis machining equipment in a factory environment on first shift. Schedules and conducts TPMs on machines on a timely basis. Manages unplanned machine repairs and interfaces well with stakeholders, including employees, vendors and management. Identifies methods and solutions while providing maintenance know-how, mentoring and leadership in order to provide a high level of service and results. Essential Functions· Identifies potential issues with machinery· Schedules and conducts preventive maintenance· Manages unplanned machine repair requests· Repairs or replaces machine parts as needed· Schedules and works with OEM repair personnel· Operates with a sense of urgency and a focus on safety· Communicates effectively with management, employees and vendors· Excellent attitude and teamwork Experience and Education· A minimum of 3 years of work experience in an OEM service repair role or factory maintenance experience in a CNC machine environment· Experience in the mechanical, electrical or HVAC field· High school diploma or equivalent required· Degree/certificate from vocational school or college program is a plus, but experience may substitute for education Competencies and Skills· Technical capacity in mechanical, electronic or HVAC systems· Diagnostic, problem-solving and analysis· Ability to read and understand equipment manuals· Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures· Skilled with hand and power tools· Communication proficiency· Ability to work independently· Results-driven· Computer literacy Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work AuthorizationAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship is required. Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
