Job Description· Develop employees by training, motivating, coaching and counseling.· Manage personnel, equipment and materials to provide customer satisfaction.· Ability to travel 5 to 7 days at a time when local work is not present.· Manage job timelines, schedules, and subcontractors thoroughly and consistently.· Communicate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to coordinate multiple job coordination.· Interface professionally with subcontractors, safety personnel, customers who show up on-site.· Submit job closeout documentation on time.· Understand and comply with DOT regulations.· Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications· Journeyman Class A Electrical license, or direct reciprocating State Journeyman’s Class A license· Proficient with conduit bending and installation, utilizing both manual and electric conduit benders (triple nickel).· Knowledge of 2014 NEC code requirements and how to follow them.· Wireless experience swapping/installing Power Plants and other DC equipment.· DOT Health Card· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills· Ability to manage priorities and workflow · Valid driver’s license· Lead crew on weekends as needed· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines· Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.PHYSICAL: · Use of conduit bender, electrical meters, core drill, threader, fiber tester.· Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.· Lift and carry up to 50 lbsMill City Communications offers medical, dental, vision and medical/dependent care flexible spending accounts.
