Clearance Type: Top SecretAERMOR is seeking qualified individuals to assist the AV department in deploying, integrating, managing, and troubleshooting audiovisual systems such as Extron systems, Clear One/QSC audio systems, LED video wall and projection technology, and AV System Programming.
Responsibilities Include:

Maintains an up-to-date understanding of relevant technologies assigned.
Implements a variety of hardware and software testing tools and procedures to maintain and address issues.
May provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced technicians.
All related cabling components primarily found in government buildings, such as CAT 3, CAT 5, CAT 5e, and CAT 6 twisted pair cable alongside single- or multi-strand, single- or multi-mode fiber optic cable, should be installed, terminated, labeled, tested, repaired, and certified.
Maintains an up-to-date understanding of proper patching, troubleshooting, and configuring of network switching.
Participates in special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification is required (Security CE, CCNA, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
Operating system certification is required (e.g. Windows 10).
Time management, accountability, and relationship skills.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a multi-level classification environment.
Able to read drawing files (wiring block diagrams)
Able to understand floorplans and elevations.
Able to perform basic and advanced AV installation and integration.
Able to interpret wiring diagrams and cable termination.
Professional government customer support.
Independent in problem solving and analytical skills.
Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience with IT or AV projects, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (e.g., federal, state, or local) leadership in Information Technology (IT) or Audio Visual (AV) technical fields.

Note: Experience may be concurrent
