BILL RATE - $100! RN Needed for NCCU! 36 Hours a week. Will float to SICU and other critical care units as needed.NCCU: 10 Bed Critical Care. Primary Stroke Center (Ischemic - Thrombectomy, TPA, Hemorrhagic Ventriculostomies & Emergent Evac), Neuro Surgery (tumor resections, brain/spine abscesses) Neuro-Medical (Meningitis, Encephalitis, Neuro-muscular disorders). Only Neuro Critical Care Unit in Northern New England.SICU: 18 bed ICU with surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure and sepsis patientsRequired Experience (Critical Care) -- Advanced hemodynamic monitoring- ICP Monitoring (SICU/NCCU)- Ventilated patients iv. Pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications v. Assist with line insertion and maintenance vi. Lines /tubes/ drains for post surgical patients- Ventriculostomies, Lumbar Drains, Bolts, EVD- PA lines and waveform interpretation (CVCC)Required Certs -- BLS- ACLS
