We are looking for a Code Compliance Officer with Professional Engineer License for a 2 year project with MTA located in Brooklyn, NY (11229).

Code Compliance Officer duties:

• Coordinate code compliance activities between Contractor, AHJ, MTA C&D, project management consultants, the Railroad, and the FACC Office.
• Monitor and control all code compliance activities.
• Ensure conformance with code compliance requirements.

Experience:

• Code Compliance Officer has 10 years or more experience in quality construction inspection.
• The Code Compliance Officer must have demonstrated experience in managing coordination of code compliance for transportation infrastructure projects of similar scope and complexity and have Design-Build experience.

• NYS PE
• OSHA 30
• NYS Code Enforcement Official
• ICC Certified Building Official
• ASCE Quality Management
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification
