Aegis Therapies is Hiring a Physical Therapist - Program Manager Near Humble, TX
**GENERAL PURPOSE**
Performs evaluations and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing outpatient and home health care. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence. Coordinates the program and services provided at assigned location(s), including outpatient and home health therapy and wellness.
**Position: Program Manager, Physical Threrapist**
**Hours: full time, Monday thru Friday**
**Setting: Assisted Living Community**
**Location: Rosemont, Humble, T**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Graduate from Physical Therapy program
Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice as required
Minimum one (1) year experience in an outpatient care or home health setting
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
