Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Attendant to join our team. As an Assisted Living Attendant, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living facility. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of residents, and promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures

Experience:
- Previous experience working in an assisted living facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or other electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Familiarity with health coaching techniques is beneficial
- Experience with catheterization, cardiac catheterization, spinal tap, memory care, IV infusion, airway management, or other relevant procedures is desirable
- Understanding of basic physiology and medical terminology
