Aegis Aerospace is currently seeking a full time Test Manager III (Secret) with DoD DT/OT experience to join our team at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford/ Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare test plans and procedures.
• Prepare TEMPs.
• Prepare and review test analyses.
• Prepare T&E segments of acquisition documentation.
• Monitor test events.
• Support certification test activities (e.g., Joint Interoperability Test Center [JITC]).
• Support training required to execute test activities.
• Support the execution of test cases, evaluations, and demonstrations.
• Review and analyze engineering performance analysis reports.
• Review and analyze measures of effectiveness and measures of suitability.
• Review and analyze engineering performance predictions.
• Review and analyze trade-off studies.
• Support FCAs/PCAs.
• Support the collection of test data during developmental and operational test events.

Qualifications

Possesses the knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline they are performing. Possesses the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise.

Shall also possess the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines (Program Office and Staff

Level Support interface).

Minimum Recommended Education/Experience Requirements:

• Secret clearance required
• Must be a US citizen
• BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 3 years must be in the DoD, or 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
