Essential Functions:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, direct mail, and in-person interactions.
• Guest Experience: Ensure an enjoyable vacation experience from check-in to check-out. Educate guests about on-site activities, usage, and local events and attractions.
• Greeting and Check-In: Serve as a greeter and express check-in agent for owners and guests upon arrival.
• Communication: Relay guest messages and incoming mail, respond to inquiries, questions, and suggestions, and resolve minor complaints and discrepancies.
• Follow-Up: Coordinate with the Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Resort Manager, Resort Manager, or MOD as appropriate.
• Policy Enforcement: Communicate and enforce resort policies and procedures.
• Payment Processing: Handle payment processing efficiently.
• Support: Assist other departments with light cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, and HR activities as needed.
• Information Provision: Provide information on on-site activities, area attractions, and events.
• Maintenance: Keep guest areas clean and appropriately stocked.
• Other Duties: Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Customer service experience required.
• Skills: Knowledge of computer applications, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong time management and organizational skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands to lift and handle items, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, with equipment or team assistance for heavier items.
