Our client, a reputable Multifamily General Contractor (GC), is seeking an accomplished Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing a forthcoming Ground Up Multifamily project, assuming responsibility for the project's entire lifecycle.

Project Location: North/South Carolina

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience with a General Contractor or Developer.
• Successful completion of at least one Multifamily project as a Superintendent.
• Proficient in creating and managing a 2-week lookahead schedule, with the ability to make necessary adjustments.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all team members and subcontractors.
• Supervise and provide guidance to on-site contractors and vendors, utilizing strong management and supervisory skills.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
