Industrial Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
