Internal Communications team
We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our global Internal Communications team. This role is based in Amsterdam, however, as we are establishing a global function, it will require occasional travel to different offices, for key moments throughout the year.
The role of the Internal Communications team is to ensure that the global Adyen team remains informed, connected, and engaged during the next stages of our growth. Therefore, a successful candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller with a proven track record in an internal communications function that promotes engagement and dialogue at scale, preferably in the tech industry. Being able to switch quickly between strategic planning and tactical execution is essential for success in this role, as well as being comfortable working closely with various stakeholders (Adyen’s Management Board and leadership teams, HR, ERGs, Tech, Marketing…).
