The Permits Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production department by managing permits, coordinating inspections, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Essential Functions:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Pull permits primarily online, with some in-person tasks as needed.

• Set up inspections primarily using online platforms.

• Post permits at customer sites according to company guidelines.

• Assist in setting up ladders for final inspections.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
