If you're a career-minded sales professional capable of quickly shifting gears every day and looking for a company built on integrity that encourages you to build relationships with clients, keep reading.
Advocate Media is a non-profit, 33-year-old media company that produces five award-winning glossy magazines, along with companion web and social media sites, reaching more than 250,000 Dallas residents monthly.
We need a hard-working, enthusiastic sales executive capable of following through on her/his own ideas with a candid, honest marketing style.
This is a visionary opportunity for a talented account executive to design her/his own job, with support and training from our senior sales team. You must be ambitious, and you must be willing to let us help you develop your own marketing and sales strategy. You'll call on small- and mid-sized businesses, agencies and national accounts, and you'll be representing all of our online and print products.
If you're enthusiastic about soliciting and servicing customers, and if you're a visionary who has the ability to make things happen, this job is for you. Ideally, you've been an account executive for a couple of years but know you can be better if you're given a chance to do things the right way without being micro-managed. We prefer a consultative selling approach, because we know that marketing a business is a confusing process, and we're here to help our client's achieve their marketing goals affordably.
Among our digital offerings are Paid Media, Display Advertising, Social Media, E-mail, Mobile Advertising, Web Design, Content Production and more. You also can sell traditional print/magazine advertising products, too.
Preferably, you already live in and love Dallas, you want to make a difference, you enjoy working with people, and you're eager to work in an easy-going, let's-do-this environment.
