Advocate Christ is a Level I Trauma Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago. If you are looking to advance your skillset, our team is looking for people that will ask questions, challenge the process, and bring solutions to create the best health outcomes and work environment.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Completion of an Accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Certified Surgical Technologist certification from the NBSTSA within 90 days of hire
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to independently perform scrub duties

Schedule:

• Full-time position in the Main OR
• Day/PM Shift
• $6,000 Sign on Bonus
• Call Obligations

What you will do as a Certified Surgical Tech (Operating Room Tech):

• Functions in the scrub role on surgical procedures as a member of the surgical team
• Preparation and maintenance of the sterile field
• Participates in maintaining the readiness of the Operating Room
• Maintains professional work environment
• Demonstrates accountability for own self development
