JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in sophisticated digital marketing solutions. Lead solution architecture design, guide, and mentor teams to develop high quality solutions.
• Hands on experience in building enterprise applications in Java, spring boot, microservices with overall 15 years of Experience into SDLC.
• Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front-End Technologies
• Will build a robust solution to manage and lead, redesigning of existing web portal for Commercial Digital Channels team. This will require solutions built in Angular & Java to integrate with REST APIs.
• Writing tested and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Develop application code and unit test in Angular, Rest Web Services and Java technologies ensuring high performance.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups to actual code.
• Experience building and operating critical production systems.
• Solid understanding of modern API design and Restful principles
• Hands on Spring boot Cloud technologies (PCF / AWS / OpenShift)
• Drive adoption of CI/CD using OpenShift cloud, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, Artifactory, Linux, DevOps, AWS EC2, AWS CloudWatch, security Offering RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora
• Fluent with git (preferred) or other SCM system
• Strong Experience in automation and building tools like Maven, Ant and Gradle.
• Grasp of software engineering skills in modular design, data structures, algorithms
• Must be able to work independently in finalizing the technical architecture, application design, solutions for complex techno-functional requirements.
• AWS Migration, Identity and Access Management, AWS Data Migration Service, AWS Lambda, Elastic Load balancer, Python, Terraform
• Expertise on Java, Spring boot and Micro services hands on
• Participate in design discussion with Client architects.
• Requirements Analysis & Understanding, Design & Documentation
• Contribute to the design and develop Java/Spring Boot/Micro-services-based Applications and unit testing.
• Ensure that all development is as per agreed coding/design standards along with code coverage as per given standards.
• Part of an Agile Squad playing the role of an engineer independently contributing to the squad outcome
• Coordinate with Technical SMEs QA, performance, and Deployment teams.
• Data Migration background, Batch processing.
• Support Business, IT, and Product Management alignment on vision, roadmap, and priorities of the Program
• Engage and optimize the flow of value through the Project using various tools and other information radiators.
• Establish a cadence and support cross-Project planning centered around value streams.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Support release management activities.
• Good understanding in Big Data, Modelling, Web Services, Python and ETL.
• Understand the overall architecture and challenge the development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• Min 10 years of experience in Technical Project Management and Scrum Master role for a software development team
• Good experience with Scrum Mastermethodologies (Kanban, TDD, etc.) and toolsets (Atlassian suite, etc.)
• First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or PSM Certification(s)
• Knowledge of Agile Tooling such as JIRA and MS Project.
