Advocare Cornerstone Pediatrics is looking to add a Full-time or Part-time BC/BE Pediatrician to our tight-knit practice in South Jersey, an immediate suburb of Philly. All welcome to inquire, just out of residency or experienced pediatricians. Advocare Cornerstone Pediatrics is a long-standing pediatric practice established in 1961 which moved to a new facility in Haddon Heights (Camden County), NJ in Spring 2024. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Pediatrician Responsibilities:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Examining patients: Performing physical exams, taking medical histories, and recording medical history
  • Ordering and performing tests: Ordering tests, analyzing their results, and issuing orders for lab work
  • Prescribing medications: Prescribing medications and providing instructions for their administration
  • Creating treatment plans: Creating treatment plans, explaining side effects of medications and treatment options, and recommending a plan of treatment
  • Providing care: Performing basic medical procedures, providing treatments, and counseling patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare
  • Collaborating with others: Collaborating with healthcare teams and referring patients to specialists
  • Staying up-to-date: Staying updated with medical advancements
  • Answering questions: Answering patients' questions and providing advice for improving patient health 
  • Documenting all visits and care plans and communications in the patient's chart and finishing the chart in a timely manner (within 3 days of seeing the patient).
