POSITION SUMMARY:

Account Development Representative will be responsible for outbound cold-calling to a very targeted group of leads regarding our representation and services. Account Development Representative will be expected to generate and schedule phone appointments for Business Development Leadership and/or specific directors as it pertains to his/her area of specialty.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Make a of 80-100 outbound calls in a five (5) hour workday. This volume of cold-calling is expected to materialize into a bi-weekly average of three (3) appointments per day.

· Utilize internet search engines to locate and provide good contact information for leads.

· Utilize internal systems (i.e. GSuite, VanillaSoft, Zoom, etc.) to work independently on cold calling and connecting with leads.

· Can work independently with minimal supervision from the Account Development Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Enjoys being on the phone and initiating professional conversations in a courteous, polite, and respectful manner.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information in a concise manner.

· Ambitious, Self-starter, proactive, creative thinker, problem solver, positive attitude.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

· High level of integrity, respect for confidential and sensitive information.

CULTURE/ENVIRONMENT:

· Casual, fun, drama-free work environment.

· Frequent computer work at a fast pace in a normal office environment for initial training period, then position may be remote.

· Tuesday through Friday (9:00 am –2:00 pm MT) or another agreed upon time up to 20 hours a week.
